All artwork, prints, and merchandise displayed are subject to availability.
Because many items are limited edition, original, or handmade:
- Certain products may sell out quickly;
- Product colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings;
- We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time without notice.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in Belize Dollars.
Payments are securely processed through WooCommerce integrated payment gateways. By submitting payment information, you authorize Artist Griffith to charge the full purchase amount to your selected payment method.
Artist Griffith is not responsible for payment gateway interruptions caused by third-party processors or banks.
5. Order Acceptance
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order;
- Limit quantities purchased;
- Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
6. Shipping Policy
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary based on destination and carrier delays.
Artist Griffith is not liable for:
- Customs delays;
- Import duties or taxes;
- Shipping carrier delays beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not already shipped or entered production.
Custom, commissioned, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production begins.

8. Refund and Return
Eligible Returns:
Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:
- The item arrives damaged;
- The wrong item was sent;
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
Non-Refundable Items:
The following are non-refundable unless damaged or defective:
- Original artwork;
- Limited edition signed prints;
- Custom commissions;
- Personalized items;
- Downloadable digital products.
Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection and approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
9. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Order number;
- Photos of damaged packaging;
- Photos of damaged item.
Failure to report damage within this period may void replacement eligibility.
10. Customer Acknowledgement and Acceptance
By placing an order on this website, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

- You accept Artist Griffith’s cancellation, refund, and sales policies;
- All sales are subject to these terms before checkout completion;
