At Artist Griffith, we take pride in offering high-quality original artwork, prints, and merchandise. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. All Sales Policy

Due to the unique and limited nature of artwork products, many sales are final unless otherwise stated below.

3. Eligible Returns

Returns may only be accepted if:

  • The item arrives damaged;
  • The wrong item was shipped;
  • The product contains a manufacturing defect.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective:

  • Original artwork
  • Signed limited-edition prints
  • Custom commissions
  • Personalized products
  • Digital downloads
5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of damaged item
  • Photos of packaging

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already shipped or entered production.

Custom or commissioned work cannot be cancelled once production begins.

7. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection and approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Artist Griffith.

8. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • Incorrect item was sent;
  • Product arrived damaged due to our error.
9. Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items when replacement stock is available.
